Terms of Use
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Invorix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Invorix is a document creation tool that allows users to create, manage, and export PDF invoices from their iOS device.
Invorix is NOT:
- A financial services provider
- A tax advisory or accounting service
- A payment processing platform
- A legal or compliance service
3. Financial & Accuracy Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Invorix is a document creation tool only. The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of calculations, legal compliance of invoices, or suitability for any business or tax purpose.
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all data you enter and all documents generated
- Ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Consulting qualified tax, legal, or accounting professionals for advice
- Determining whether the App is appropriate for your invoicing needs
The Developer shall not be liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, legal consequences, or damages arising from reliance on invoices or calculations produced by the App.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
4.1 Plans
- Monthly Subscription — auto-renewable monthly plan
- Annual Subscription — auto-renewable annual plan
- Lifetime Purchase — one-time, non-recurring payment for permanent access
4.2 Free Trial
New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
4.3 Auto-Renewal & Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
4.4 Managing & Canceling
Manage or cancel subscriptions at any time: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Local Data Storage & Data Loss
5.1 Data Storage
All data you create in Invorix is stored exclusively on your device. The Developer does not store, access, or have any ability to retrieve your data.
5.2 Data Loss Disclaimer
The Developer is not responsible for data loss resulting from any cause, including:
- Device loss, theft, or damage
- Device software updates or factory resets
- App deletion (uninstalling)
- iOS bugs or system failures
- iCloud or backup failures
- Any other cause beyond the Developer's control
You are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of all important business data. The App is not a backup or archival service.
5.3 No Data Recovery
Since the Developer has no access to your locally stored data, we cannot recover, restore, or retrieve any data under any circumstances.
6. "As-Is" Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of content.
The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, financial losses, tax penalties, or goodwill.
The Developer's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, the limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. User Responsibilities
By using Invorix, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- All data you enter is accurate and complete
- You will comply with all applicable laws regarding invoicing, taxation, and business operations
- You will not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App subject to these Terms.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.
- Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [YOUR_JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes through the App.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of Invorix.
