This Privacy Policy describes how Invorix ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. Invorix is an invoice creation tool developed by an independent developer.
By using Invorix, you agree to this policy.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Invorix stores all your business data exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to any server. This includes:
- Business profile information (company name, address, email, logo)
- Client information (names, addresses, emails)
- Invoice data (line items, amounts, dates, notes)
- Saved services and templates
- App preferences and settings
Important: Since this data exists only on your device, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, damaged, or the app is deleted. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
2.2 Purchase Data
Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only:
- Whether you have an active subscription or purchase
- Subscription type (monthly, annual, or lifetime)
We do not receive your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information.
2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
- We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect analytics or usage data
- We do not collect crash reports or diagnostics
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or files (except when you explicitly choose a logo image)
- We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash reporting services

4. Third-Party Services
The only third-party service involved is Apple, which processes subscription and in-app purchase transactions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose.
5. Data Retention
- Local data: Stored on your device until you delete the app or clear data manually.
- Purchase data: Managed by Apple per their retention policies.

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA (California)
You have the right to: know what personal information is collected, delete your personal information, opt out of sales (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination for exercising rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
- Delete all data: Uninstall the app or use "Delete Account" in Settings
- Since we do not collect any data on our servers, there is nothing to request deletion of

- All local data is protected by iOS device encryption (NSFileProtectionComplete)
- No data is transmitted to external servers
- We follow industry-standard security practices
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Invorix is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Invorix does not transfer any data internationally. All your data remains on your device. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with their data transfer policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
